Erin Kissane
Erin has been writing about the web industry for more than ten years. As former editorial director of Happy Cog, she helped customers from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits establish web editorial strategies and publishing workflows. She was also editor-in-chief of A List Apart magazine, the premier publication about all things web, until 2009, where she wrote articles like 'Attack of the zombie copy' and 'Your About page is a robot.'.
Erin writes about publishing and content strategy on Incisive.nu and has a brand new book called The Elements of Content Strategy, published by A Book Apart. When not working, she indulges her greed for books and coffee and writes about speculative and modernist fiction from the 1920s and 30s.
